Like all of the schools within the ESF family, Renaissance College Kindergarten is led by some of the most talented and experienced educationalists to be found in any school in any part of the world. Led by our Head of School, Nicole Grevis-James, the wider staff team ensures that we are taking every opportunity to help our students be the best that they can be.

Nicole serves as the Head of School at Renaissance College Kindergarten, where she is committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive educational environment for young learners. Nicole has been with ESF for a decade in a variety of roles. Over the past sixteen years, she has dedicated her career to international education, specialising in the Early Years.
Nicole Grevis-James

Jackie joined ESF in 2024 and is originally from Scotland. She has worked in Hong Kong for the past 13 years across both local and international kindergartens in various roles. Jackie holds Early Childhood Education and Leadership qualifications from Hong Kong and the UK.

Vice Principal and PYP Coordinator
Fiona has been with ESF for eleven years across two of our kindergartens. She holds qualifications from the UK, specialising in Early Years Education, and is passionate about play-based inquiry and student-centred learning.

Parent Partnerships
Every parent always wants the best for their child, and one of the most common questions we receive is "What can I do to support my son or daughter in their learning?"
Parents of students at Renaissance College Kindergarten (RCK) are invited to play an active role in their child's education. Throughout the year, we have a number of opportunities to meet the teacher and to learn about progress. We also run a number of events designed to give parents helpful tools to help their child as they work their way through the all-important first step of their education.
